Este é meu arbusto lilás. Acho que os lilases crescem em climas frios. Elas são as flores favoritas de Allen. Elas florescem apenas uma vez por ano na primavera, mas agora têm uma variedade que floresce novamente no outono. Plantamos uma antes de irmos para o Brasil. Parece muito feliz e tem um perfume maravilhoso. Pintei alguns lilases para Allen há alguns ano. Veja abaixo

 

This is my lilac bush. I think lilacs grow in cool climates. They are Allen's favorite flower. They bloom only once a year in the Spring, but they now have a variety that blooms again in the Fall.  We planted one before we went to Brazil. It seems very happy, and it has a wonderful scent. I painted some lilacs for Allen quite a few years ago. Here it is.

Terminei meu diário da Conferência Geral hoje. Eu chamo a última página: A “Restauração Contínua”. É complicado trabalhar com tinta preta. Gostei do processo de fazer todas as pequenas entradas no diário. Fiz lettering e ilustração para cada palestra. Fiz muitas experiências com alguns sucessos!

 

I finished my General Conference journal today. I call the last page: The "Ongoing Restoration". It's messy working with black paint. I enjoyed the process of making all thesmall journal entries. I did lettering and illustration for each talk.  I did a lot of experimenting with some successes!
